Sii Sp. z o.o. in Katowice is seeking a Senior Data Engineer for the pharmaceutical sector to design, develop, and maintain scalable data platforms that support advanced analytics and global decision making.

You will build modern data pipelines with Python and AWS, collaborate with agile teams to deliver high quality solutions, and help migrations and integrations across evolving business environments while using English at an advanced level.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering or related fields.
Strong Python development skills with OOP and Pandas.
Hands-on experience with AWS services (Glue, Athena, DynamoDB, Lambda, and Step Functions).
Agile team experience and modern software development practices.
Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a modern Data Engineering platform supporting data-driven business processes and analytics.
Design and implement scalable data engineering solutions using modern Python development practices.
Build reliable and maintainable data pipelines following object-oriented design principles.
Collaborate with agile, cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Support platform migrations, enhancements, and integrations across evolving business environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within existing data and processing pipelines.
