Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data solutions that enable analytics and informed business decisions. You will contribute to a modern data platform used globally, helping deliver high-quality data-driven results across markets and environments.

You will work with AWS services, Python OO practices, and Pandas, collaborating with agile teams to deliver robust pipelines and migrations while ensuring performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Data Engineering or related fields.
• Strong Python development with OO and Pandas.
• Hands-on AWS (Glue, Athena, DynamoDB, Lambda, Step Functions).
• Cloud-based architectures and scalable data solutions.
• Experience in Agile teams and modern development practices.
• Advanced English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a modern Data Engineering platform supporting data-driven business processes and analytics.
• Design and implement scalable data engineering solutions using modern Python development practices.
• Build reliable and maintainable data pipelines following object-oriented design principles.
• Collaborate with agile, cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Support platform migrations, enhancements, and integrations across evolving business environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within existing data and processing pipelines.
