Job summary

You will run workshops, create BRDs and RTMs, support solution design with SDDs and options papers, and assist in UAT. The position requires strong stakeholder management, data analysis skills, and experience with Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall, using Jira and Confluence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in change delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in data analysis and mapping data attributes to business needs.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with BRDs and RTMs.
• Familiar with Agile (Scrum, Jira, Confluence) and Waterfall.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and interviews to elicit comprehensive business requirements.
• Identify and map data attributes aligned with business use cases.
• Enable delivery of data to Pega teams for customer marketing initiatives.
• Create and manage BRDs and RTMs.
• Support solution design with SDDs and options papers.
• Assist in testing activities, including UAT.
• Prepare governance documentation for Steerco, SVS Review, and Working Groups.
• Collaborate within Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
