HeadHR is seeking a Transformation Business Analyst to support large-scale change initiatives within one of the world’s largest banks. The role involves working closely with business and delivery teams to ensure measurable results through effective change management.

Ideal candidates will have several years of experience, strong analytical skills, and be comfortable in both Agile and Waterfall environments. The position offers hybrid work options, including 6 days per month from the office in Kraków, along with opportunities for personal growth.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst on complex transformation initiatives.
• Solid experience in business analysis, requirements gathering and solution design.
• Hands-on exposure to change and implementation management.

• Translate complex topics into clear and well-structured insights for different audiences.
