Job summary

Team Internet in Kraków, Poland seeks a hands-on Senior Business Analyst to bridge business goals with data systems. You’ll own complex initiatives end-to-end, design data-driven solutions, and manage CRM governance to support sales, operations, and reporting.

You’ll build dashboards with Power BI and SQL, develop ETL/ELT pipelines, and explore automation and AI-enabled workflows. Strong English, data curiosity, and collaboration with cross-functional teams are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business/BI analysis or similar roles.
• Strong Power BI, SQL, Python experience.
• Experience with CRM platforms and data pipelines.
• Ability to translate business needs into data solutions.

Responsibilities
