Job summary

Jit Team is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support the MVP2 phase of the Client's Individual Rights Workflow Tool built on the Pega Platform. You will assess data sourcing methods, document data structures, and map data flows across systems in a regulated banking environment.

You will identify data ownership, governance rules, and future sourcing options including APIs, data marts, and data lakes. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in data analysis, preferably in banking/regulated environments.
• Experience documenting data structures and data models and their relationships.
• Ability to map current-state data sourcing processes and data flows across multiple systems.
• Experience with data ownership, governance, and lineage.
• Experience with API integrations and data sourcing methods.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous documentation.

Responsibilities

• Analyse prioritized data sets and business-identified data points.
• Document existing data structures and relationships between data elements.
• Map current-state data sourcing processes and data flows; identify source systems and extraction methods.
• Analyse country-specific differences in data availability and extraction rules.
• Document business rules for data collection and processing; validate data ownership across domains.
• Perform data lineage and governance analysis.
• Assess future sourcing options including APIs, data marts, data lakes, and robotic solutions.
• Analyse dependencies, constraints, and implementation considerations for each option.
• Coordinate input from multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams.
• Present findings and recommendations to decision-makers.
