Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking a Data Business Analyst in Gdynia to bridge business needs with development teams and design advanced analytics solutions. You will gather requirements, manage dependencies, and work in an Agile, cross-functional delivery environment.

Ideal candidates have extensive data analysis experience, strong SQL, knowledge of Hive, and familiarity with machine learning concepts and CI/CD pipelines while communicating effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills, including reading and writing code.
• Extensive experience in data analysis, data quality and data design.
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience working with complex requirements.
• Knowledge of Hive.
• Familiarity with basic concepts of machine learning, CI/CD pipelines, and big data.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between business needs and developers to ensure delivery of high-quality IT solutions
• Support the design of advanced solutions around data and analytics
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand expected outcomes and gather business requirements
• Manage delivery dependencies across teams and organizational units
