Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to join our growing technology services team. You will blend deep Dynamics 365 and Power Platform expertise with strong leadership to guide project teams from concept to deployment.

Your responsibilities include designing and implementing D365/Power Platform solutions, ensuring quality through testing and documentation, and translating complex ideas for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a consultative role for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE apps, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate
• Strong understanding of SDLC with Agile and Waterfall
• Able to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions with accurate estimates
• Excellent leadership to guide project teams
• Advanced English
• Residency in Poland

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions
• Conduct QA through testing, defect resolution, and documentation
• Produce clear technical documentation for delivery and handovers
• Identify gaps in requirements and design solutions
• Implement secure, high-quality, scalable solutions
• Develop solutions with Visual Studio, C#, and related languages
• Manage projects using Agile and Waterfall; use Azure DevOps for backlog and source control
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and estimate tasks
