Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to lead complex digital transformation projects for international clients. The role blends deep Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and software development expertise with strong leadership to shape architecture and ensure delivery from concept to deployment.

You will drive design, QA, documentation, and stakeholder communication, using Visual Studio, C#, and related tools within Agile/Waterfall environments and Azure DevOps for backlog

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a consultative role related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Solid SDLC understanding with Agile and Waterfall experience.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to deliver quality solutions with accurate estimates and planning.
• Excellent leadership to guide project teams.
• Advanced English proficiency; residency in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Perform QA, defect resolution, and documentation.
• Create clear technical docs for delivery and handovers.
• Identify gaps and design enhancements to Dynamics 365/Power Platform.
• Develop solutions with focus on security, quality, budget, scalability.
• Code with Visual Studio, C#, and related languages.
• Manage projects using Agile and Waterfall; use Azure DevOps for backlog and source control.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and plan tasks with estimates.
