Job summary

EPAM Systems in Poland is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to guide and advise business and IT teams through architectural, technical, and organizational challenges. You will lead complex solutions with global teams, shaping cloud-centric architectures and governance, and driving cost-conscious designs.

The role requires collaboration across pre-sale activities, architecture reviews, and hands-on implementation leadership, with strong communication and English fluency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on experience in Solution Architecture.
• Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Cloud-native design and migration expertise (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with businesses to identify requirements and use cases.
• Participate in pre-sale activities including RFP processing.
• Guide clients through architectural challenges daily.
• Analyze applications and develop migration/automation roadmaps.
• Design prototypes and architecture documents.
• Develop architecture governance, security, and operations strategy.
• Consult on cloud/hybrid/on-premise design and cost control.
• Conduct architecture reviews and reports.
• Lead solution implementation from requirements to go-live.
• Provide technical support and oversee engineering efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
