Job summary

emagine is a European business and IT consulting company with offices across 14 countries. We are looking for a Warsaw-based Contract Analyst who thrives on detail, coordinates contract flows, and supports the Group Contracts Team in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Poland and Romania.

The role requires Polish, English and Danish or Norwegian language skills, 2+ years of experience with documents and databases, and strong MS Word/Excel abilities. Hybrid or remote work is available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with details in documents and databases.
• Professional Polish, English and Danish or Norwegian language skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Read client framework agreements and turn them into new contract templates.
• Send out contracts and agreements daily (and hunt down signatures).
• Correct, update and adjust agreements and templates.
• Keep systems accurate and documents archived.
• Work closely with Legal/Compliance and support account managers.
• Be the go-to person for consultants, suppliers and clients on contract questions.
• Write clear procedures so knowledge is shared across the team.
