Job summary

Worldwide is seeking a Senior Specialist, Site Contracts in Poland to draft and negotiate clinical site agreements and related contracts. You will coordinate with sponsors, investigators, and internal teams to finalize terms and budgets, while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate documentation.

The role requires strong English and local language communication, analytical skills, and experience with contract management tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, finance, science or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Clinical Research, CRO, or pharmaceutical sites contracts.
• Excellent verbal and written English and local language skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare country contract templates and draft site agreements.
• Negotiate contract language and budgets with sites to finalize and execute.
• Review budgets and costs related to contract negotiations and signatures.
• Provide documents to regulatory or legal teams when needed and liaise with stakeholders.
• Facilitate contract signatures and maintain real-time updates in tracking tools.
• Create termination letters and related documents for sites when applicable.
