Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a Lead Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams for CLM processes in Icertis. You will translate complex contracting rules into detailed FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for configuration in ICI.

You will lead workshops, map as-is and to-be workflows, design test scenarios, and support post-implementation adoption across Poland with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience with CLM or contract-related domains.
• 2+ years in Icertis ICI or similar enterprise CLM implementations.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to elicit and document business needs, contract types, and approvals.
• Map current to-be CLM workflows and design optimized processes in ICI.
• Write FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for configuration.
• Design test scenarios and UAT scripts and support defect triage.
• Coordinate end-user training and post-implementation support.
