Job summary

Jit Team is seeking an IT Business Analyst to support the development and delivery of business and digital transformation initiatives across core domains. You will work with stakeholders in sales, contracts, construction planning, HR, finance, and more to capture needs and translate them into IT requirements.

The role involves BPMN and UML modeling, defining integrations, and preparing project documentation. Hybrid work from Warsaw or Wrocław with 2–3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in business and systems analysis.
• Ability to analyze applications and IT systems and recommend effective solutions.
• Knowledge of BA techniques and elicitation methods and selecting the right approach.

Responsibilities

• Identifying, analyzing, and refining business needs with stakeholders.
• Defining functional and non-functional requirements for IT systems.
• Modeling business processes (BPMN) and data structures (UML).
• Analyzing processes to identify optimization and automation opportunities.
• Defining and analyzing system integrations and data exchange interfaces.
