Job summary

All European Careers is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in the Warsaw region to drive process optimization, system analysis and strategic planning for the Application Delivery domain. You will work across business processes, requirements and ICT solutions while collaborating with stakeholders.

The role requires residence near Warsaw and fluent English; travel within the region may be expected. The position is open for contractors who can map business goals to actionable changes and deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of IT experience and 5+ years as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in ICT solutions for content, reporting or analytics tools.
• Completed at least one full lifecycle of a software solution.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business needs, user stories, and functional requirements.
• Translate needs into formal specifications and manage requirements throughout the lifecycle.
• Model, validate, and test processes using BPMN and collaborate to drive improvement.
• Map goals, benefits and features; support strategic and tactical planning for users.
• Assess existing systems and identify solution options aligned with business needs.
• Communicate scope, requirements, objectives and business cases to stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain structured analytical and project documentation.
