is seeking a Contract Lifecycle Business Partner to manage end-to-end CLM processes, starting with Poland and the Baltics and extending to the Turkish market within a fixed-term 18-month assignment. You will master the CLM ecosystem, support cross-country operations, and drive harmonization of contracting workflows with SAP, Agiloft, and other tools, while collaborating with Sales and service teams.

Qualifications

• University degree.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience (logistics, projects management, commercial environment).
• Solid understanding of Finance, Accounting, Fiscal, and Statutory Principles.
• Prior experience with tender processes, contract management, or Fixed Assets is considered a strong asset.
• Basic knowledge of tender process, management of contracts and Fixed Assets would be a plus.
• Practical proficiency in MS Office and specialized CLM/ERP software—hands-on experience with SAP, Agiloft, GDC (Global Deal Calculation), or CMC (Contract Management Console) is highly valued.
• Fluent English is mandatory; Polish and/or Turkish is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Master end-to-end CLM ecosystem in Poland and the Baltics, preparing a solid, standardized foundation for cross-country collaboration.
• Drive end-to-end CLM scope for the Turkish market, guiding local operations.
• Execute digital contract workflows and financial CLM processes after tender wins using SAP and CLM tools.
• Prepare, check and submit proper contractual documentation to customers.
• Update and maintain contracts with amendments, renewals and extensions.
• Monitor data in SAP, Agiloft, and deal calculation tools for accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales to implement contracts, agreements and annexes.
• Order digital licenses for products in cooperation with other departments.
