Job summary

Accenture Poland is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support insurance transformation programs. You will analyze and redesign business processes, define requirements, and work with stakeholders to drive changes across distribution, products, claims, and operations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, applying SDLC practices and agile/hybrid methods, while leveraging AI-enabled solutions to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Business Analysis, Business Design or related roles.
• Understanding of Polish insurance market, market trends and processes.
• Familiarity with SDLC and various delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
• Ability to translate business challenges into practical solutions and drive decisions.
• Proficiency in English and Polish at C1 level or above.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis and design activities, including requirements definition and process mapping.
• Analyze current processes to identify opportunities for improvement and transformation.
• Design new business and IT processes aligned with client objectives.
• Support transformation initiatives across insurance value chain areas (distribution, products, claims, operations).
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather requirements and options.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
• Assist in developing target operating models and business/IT models.
