Job summary

FIS in Poznań is seeking an experienced Investor Services representative to support clients across EMEA, with a strong focus on the UK market. Based in our contact center, you will handle inbound inquiries and deliver high-quality service while growing your career in customer relations.

You can work from our Poznań office, remotely, or in a hybrid model. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 09:30–18:30 CET, with a paid break policy and ongoing training on financial regulations to keep you

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English and clear communication.
• Strong multitasking and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Experience in customer service is advantageous.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work in a structured shift.
• Financial services familiarity is a plus.
