The Investor Services team in Poznań is currently looking for an experienced representative to support clients across the EMEA region, with a strong focus on the UK market. This role is based in our contact center and involves handling inbound client inquiries, providing high-quality service and support. It’s an exciting opportunity for team members who are motivated to grow and develop their careers within the customer service department.
Delivering exceptional customer service via inbound calls in a fast-paced, team-oriented contact center environment. You’ll use an automatic call distribution system and work across multiple transfer agent platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
You can work remotely (with a secure, confidential setup), from our Poznań office, or in a hybrid model—whatever suits you best. Working full-time, Monday to Friday, from 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM CET. You’ll have a scheduled break to recharge during your shift. Please note that this break is unpaid, as per our contact center policy. Engaging in continuous learning, including regular training sessions and updates on financial regulations, to stay sharp and informed.

The pay range for this full-time position is 80,000 - 90,000 PLN gross annually and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
