Job summary

FIS Investor Services Poland Sp. z o.o. in Poznań is seeking a Securities Operations Associate II to join our Transfer Agency team. You will handle daily shareholder requests and work across global branches to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Higher education or currently studying with ability to work full-time.
• Ability to work in an English-speaking environment (C1).
• Computer literacy and ability to interpret documents and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Working on multiple applications and technological solutions to complete daily tasks.
• Processing account maintenance and financial transactions based on written instructions from customers.
• Following up on clients’ requests via phone, letter and email.
• Participating in team meetings and group projects.
• Providing feedback on current workflows and proposing innovations.
• Taking part in implementing process improvements.
