Job summary

FIS Investor Services Poland Sp. z o.o. in Poznań seeks an experienced representative to support clients across the EMEA region, with a strong focus on the UK market. The role is based in a contact center handling inbound inquiries and delivering high-quality service.

You can work remotely, from Poznań office, or in a hybrid model, with full-time hours 09:30–18:30 CET Monday to Friday and an unpaid break per policy. Training on financial regulations is provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, troubleshoot, and navigate multiple systems.
• Prior customer service experience is advantageous.
• High-speed internet with Ethernet connection.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Investment or financial sector experience is a plus.
• College degree or currently pursuing one; financial customer service experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service via inbound calls in a fast-paced contact center.
• Utilize an automatic call distribution system and multiple platforms.
• Support clients across the EMEA region with focus on the UK market.
• Engage in ongoing training on financial regulations and products.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet performance goals.
