Job summary

FIS Investor Services Poland Sp. z o.o. in Poznań is seeking an experienced Client Contact Associate Senior to support the Client Services team for the CEE region. You will handle telephone and written inquiries from customers and consultants, and contribute to high-quality service delivery.

Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Czech is a strong advantage. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with partial remote options and a competitive PLN salary range.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service – spoken and written
• Fluent English (C1) or higher; Czech language is a significant advantage
• High accuracy, quality and service orientation
• Independent and team-oriented work to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• The telephone and written answers from everyday to complex inquiries of our customers and consultants.
• Responding to our customers' problems and finding solutions.
• Compliance with quality standards, possible control function.
• Escalation of difficult issues and complaint management.
• Participation in projects to implement the company’s goals and improve processes.
