Job summary

FIS in Poznań is seeking an experienced Client Contact Associate Senior to support the Client Services team for the CEE region. The role involves handling telephone and written inquiries from customers and consultants, resolving issues, and ensuring quality standards.

The ideal candidate has customer service experience, fluent English (C1), and possibly Czech, with strong accuracy, resilience, and teamwork. Partial remote work is possible.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service – spoken and written.
• Fluent English (at least C1); knowledge of Czech is a significant advantage.
• A high degree of accuracy, quality and service orientation.
• Independent and team-oriented work to achieve deadlines.
• Good organizational skills and resilience without losing focus on the customer.

Responsibilities
