Job summary

Gravie is seeking a Senior Claims Optimization Analyst to bridge complex claims data and enterprise-scale automation. You will architect automation using Python, SQL, and APIs, and you will lead AI-enabled workflows to reduce cycle times and operational leakage.

You will collaborate across Claims, Payment Integrity, Engineering, and Product to deliver scalable solutions, while ensuring robust testing, deployment, and post-launch monitoring.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations analytics, process engineering, or automation delivery, with background in health insurance or TPA.
• Advanced SQL mastery and production-ready Python or similar scripting languages that interact with APIs and databases.
• Proven track record of automation frameworks and leveraging AI to solve operational bottlenecks.

Responsibilities

• Proactively mine data across complex claims databases to identify friction, inefficiencies, leakage ripe for automation.
• Design and deploy production-grade scripts that cross-reference systems via APIs for bulk claims adjustments and auto-adjudication.
• Lead AI and prompt engineering to deploy generative AI workflows and improve cycle times.
• Monitor automated scripts to prevent downtime in production workflows.
• Translate complex blockers into technical requirements for Engineering and clear impacts for Claims leadership.
• Own the UAT, deployment strategy, and post-launch monitoring for large-scale automation initiatives.
