EIS Group is looking for a Lead AI System Architect to oversee the architecture of its agentic AI platform. This role is vital in designing systems that automate insurance workflows in Policy, Billing, and Claims domains, with an emphasis on building standards for agent orchestration and safety.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience designing agentic systems in production.
• Deep knowledge of agent patterns and multi-step tool use.
• Experience in regulated environments.
