Gramian Consultancy is seeking Senior Business Analysts for a contractor assignment with a Big4 client involved in AI-driven transformation for financial institutions. You will translate insurance business needs into clear functional requirements, develop use cases, and craft user stories for AI delivery.

The role bridges business stakeholders and technical squads, focusing on workflow analysis, automation opportunities, and UAT.

Qualifications

5–10 years of professional Business Analysis experience.
Strong experience in the insurance industry.
Proven ability to translate complex rules into functional requirements and user stories.
Experience in facilitating requirements workshops with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with insurance business units to identify and define high-impact AI use cases.
Translate complex business problems and legacy rules into detailed functional requirements.
Create clear user stories, process definitions, and acceptance criteria.
Map and analyze end-to-end insurance workflows to identify automation opportunities.
Facilitate workshops between business and technical teams; act as bridge to data/AI squads.
Define objective UAT criteria and validate AI capabilities against expectations.
Conduct gap analyses between new AI capabilities and existing processes.
Support prioritization, scope clarification, and refinement throughout delivery.
Ensure requirements align with regulatory and customer needs.
