Qualifications

• Completed higher education and English proficiency at least B2 level.
• Proven professional experience in analytical, product, technical support, QA, business analysis, data or similar roles.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a logical, practical, and well-organised approach.
• Track record of delivering tasks or projects end-to-end and taking ownership.
• Hands-on experience with data, systems, processes or technical documentation in a business/IT environment.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL and relational databases; ability to work with structured data.
• Good understanding of SDLC and collaboration with technical/product teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; attention to detail and quality mind-set.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI driven solutions in collaboration with product, data and engineering teams.
• Translate business requirements into system design and architecture decisions.
• Analyze client requirements and identify automation and AI opportunities.
• Support integration of AI features, particularly with LLMs and AI Agents.
• Participate in the full delivery lifecycle from requirements to implementation with guidance.
• Monitor system performance and investigate issues using data insights.
• Continuously learn platform, domain and emerging technologies.
• Develop Python code to integrate services into the platform.
