Qualifications
- 6+ years building production systems.
- Real AI experience shipping substantive AI-driven features.
- Strong fundamentals: OO, patterns, testing, security, performance.
- Cloud familiarity with at least one major provider.
Responsibilities
- Own outcomes, not tickets, and drive levers each sprint.
- Build with AI as a core tool (OCR, document understanding, agents).
- Ship prototypes fast and move to production-grade quickly.
- Collaborate directly with customers to observe real workflows and issues.
- Improve code quality: reviews, refactors, tests, observability.
- Lead the team on skills, agents, internal tools, and engineering standards.
