Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Change Manager to join the Global Technology Change Team on a project for a retail organization. You will help plan, communicate, and embed change across business and technology audiences during large-scale transformations.

The role requires 5+ years in change management, expertise in ADKAR/Prosci, and strong stakeholder and communication skills. This position is based in Poland and involves collaboration across senior leadership and project teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in change management within corporate or consulting environments.
• Experience delivering large-scale transformation projects covering technology infrastructure, operations, networks, and IT service management.
• Hands-on knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).
• Strong understanding of change management principles, techniques & tools.
• Proven track record in designing and executing communication strategies for transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Infrastructure Operations and Network initiatives, managing intake, impact assessment, stakeholder analysis, communication planning, readiness tracking, and adoption support.
• Create and implement change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
• Provide coaching to managers and supervisors guiding their teams through transitions.
• Support project teams in integrating change activities into project plans, milestones, and delivery timelines.
• Identify stakeholder groups, assess readiness, and communicate change impacts for awareness and alignment.
• Track and report issues, risks, readiness indicators, adoption measures, and success metrics.
• Gather stakeholder feedback to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.

We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to join the Global Technology Change Team as part of a project for a retail organization. You will be responsible for supporting technology infrastructure, operations, and network transformation initiatives by helping project teams effectively plan, communicate, and embed change across impacted business and technology audiences.

Your tasks

• Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned Infrastructure Operations and Network initiatives, managing intake, impact assessment, stakeholder analysis, communication planning, readiness tracking, and adoption support
• Creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance
• Providing direct support and coaching to managers and supervisors as they guide their teams through transitions
• Supporting project teams in integrating change management activities into project plans, milestone planning, and delivery timelines
• Identifying impacted stakeholder groups, assessing business and technology readiness, and clearly communicating change impacts to ensure awareness and alignment
• Tracking and reporting issues, risks, readiness indicators, adoption measures, and success measures related to change management efforts
• Defining and gathering stakeholder feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in change management within a corporate or consulting environment

• Hands-on knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci)
• Good understanding of change management principles, techniques & tools

• Ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment
• Very good communication skills in both English and Polish
• Residing in Poland required
