We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to join the Global Technology Change Team as part of a project for a retail organization. You will be responsible for supporting technology infrastructure, operations, and network transformation initiatives by helping project teams effectively plan, communicate, and embed change across impacted business and technology audiences.

Your tasks
- Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned Infrastructure Operations and Network initiatives, managing intake, impact assessment, stakeholder analysis, communication planning, readiness tracking, and adoption support
- Creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance
- Providing direct support and coaching to managers and supervisors as they guide their teams through transitions
- Supporting project teams in integrating change management activities into project plans, milestone planning, and delivery timelines
- Identifying impacted stakeholder groups, assessing business and technology readiness, and clearly communicating change impacts to ensure awareness and alignment
- Tracking and reporting issues, risks, readiness indicators, adoption measures, and success measures related to change management efforts
- Defining and gathering stakeholder feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities and identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in change management within a corporate or consulting environment
- Experience in delivering large-scale transformation projects supporting technology infrastructure, operations, networks, and IT service management
- Hands-on knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci)
- Good understanding of change management principles, techniques & tools
- Proven track record in designing and executing communication strategies for transformation initiatives
- Ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment
- Very good communication skills in both English and Polish
- Residing in Poland required
