Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Change Manager to join the Global Technology Change Team on a retail transformation project. You will support technology infrastructure, operations, and network transformation by guiding project teams in planning, communicating, and embedding change across business and tech audiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of change management experience in corporate or consulting environments.
• Experience delivering large-scale transformation projects for technology infrastructure, operations, networks, and IT service management.
• Hands-on knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Very good communication skills in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Infrastructure Operations and Network initiatives, managing intake, impact analysis, and adoption support.
• Create and implement change management strategies and plans to maximize adoption and minimize resistance.
• Provide coaching to managers and supervisors guiding teams through transitions.
• Support project teams in integrating change activities into plans and timelines.
• Identify stakeholder groups, assess readiness, and communicate change impact for awareness and alignment.
• Track and report issues, risks, readiness indicators, and adoption metrics.
• Gather stakeholder feedback to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to join the Global Technology Change Team as part of a project for a retail organization. You will be responsible for supporting technology infrastructure, operations, and network transformation initiatives by helping project teams effectively plan, communicate, and embed change across impacted business and technology audiences.

Your tasks

• Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned Infrastructure Operations and Network initiatives, managing intake, impact assessment, stakeholder analysis, communication planning, readiness tracking, and adoption support
• Creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance
• Providing direct support and coaching to managers and supervisors as they guide their teams through transitions
• Supporting project teams in integrating change management activities into project plans, milestone planning, and delivery timelines
• Identifying impacted stakeholder groups, assessing business and technology readiness, and clearly communicating change impacts to ensure awareness and alignment
• Tracking and reporting issues, risks, readiness indicators, adoption measures, and success measures related to change management efforts
• Defining and gathering stakeholder feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in change management within a corporate or consulting environment
• Experience in delivering large-scale transformation projects supporting technology infrastructure, operations, networks, and IT service management
• Hands-on knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci)
• Good understanding of change management principles, techniques & tools
• Proven track record in designing and executing communication strategies for transformation initiatives
• Ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment
• Very good communication skills in both English and Polish
• Residing in Poland required
