Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Business Requirements Analyst to join a power sector project focused on configuring and pricing energy devices. You will work with stakeholders, domain experts, and cross-functional teams to translate needs into functional specs and user stories.

You will model processes and data flows, facilitate workshops, and help design integrations with SAP, Salesforce, and PLM systems while supporting testing and deployment activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business requirements analysis.
• Domain knowledge in energy, electrical devices, and transformers.
• Very good knowledge of English (B2+/C1) enabling daily collaboration in an international environment.
• Experience in conducting workshops, gathering, and analyzing business requirements.
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams.
• Experience in process analysis and requirements modeling.
• Willingness to work closely with technical issues and domain experts.
• Desire to understand processes and products related to production, service, and monitoring of transformers.
• Proactive approach to learning the specifics of the industry.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Gather and clarify needs related to monitoring energy devices.
• Prepare functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, domain experts, and development teams.
• Model business processes and data flows.
• Design integrations between client systems and external solutions (PLM, SAP, Salesforce).
• Support testing, deployments, and impact analysis of changes.
