Sii Poland is seeking a skilled Business Requirements Analyst to join a power sector project focused on configuring and pricing energy devices. You will analyze business and technical requirements, prepare functional specs, and model processes while collaborating with domain experts and development teams.

Role involves designing integrations with SAP, Salesforce, and PLM, supporting testing and deployments, and gaining expertise in transformers and modern energy technologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business requirements analysis.
• Domain knowledge in energy, electrical devices, and transformers.
• Very good knowledge of English (B2+/C1) enabling daily collaboration in an international environment.
• Experience in conducting workshops, gathering, and analyzing business requirements.
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams.
• Experience in process analysis and requirements modeling.
• Willingness to work closely with technical issues and domain experts.
• Desire to understand processes and products related to production, service, and monitoring of transformers.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements submitted by stakeholders.
• Gather and clarify needs related to monitoring and managing energy devices.
• Prepare functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner, domain experts, and development teams.
• Model business processes and data flows.
• Participation in designing integrations between client systems and external solutions – PLM, SAP, Salesforce integrations.
• Support the team during testing, deployments, and impact analysis of changes.
