Job summary

Sii Poland in Toruń is seeking a Senior Business Requirements Analyst to join a power sector project that configures and prices energy devices. You will work with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to translate needs into functional specs and user stories, and model processes and data flows across SAP, Salesforce and PLM integrations.

The role offers a collaborative environment with ongoing trainings and opportunities to deepen knowledge in transformers and modern energy tech.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business requirements analysis.
• Domain knowledge in energy, electrical devices, and transformers.
• Very good knowledge of English (B2+/C1) enabling daily collaboration in an international environment.
• Experience in conducting workshops, gathering, and analyzing business requirements.
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams.
• Experience in process analysis and requirements modeling.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Gather and clarify needs related to monitoring energy devices.
• Prepare functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, domain experts, and development teams.
• Model business processes and data flows.
• Design integrations between client systems and external solutions – significant integrations with PLM, SAP, Salesforce systems.
• Support the team during testing, deployments, and impact analysis of changes.
