Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a seasoned Business Requirements Analyst for a global energy platform project. You will analyze stakeholder requirements, gather needs for monitoring transformers, and craft functional specs and user stories for integrations with SAP, Salesforce, and PLM systems.

Qualifications

• Domain knowledge in energy, electrical devices, and transformers is required.
• Very good English (B2+/C1) for international collaboration.
• Experience in workshops, gathering and analyzing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Gather and clarify needs for monitoring energy devices.
• Prepare functional specs and user stories.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, domain experts, and dev teams.
• Model business processes and data flows.
• Design integrations with client systems (SAP, Salesforce, PLM).
• Support testing, deployments, and impact analysis during changes.
