Job summary

HeadHR in Poland is seeking an experienced Business Analyst/IT Analyst to gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders, translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria, and design wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma.

You will conduct UX reviews, drive end-to-end user experience in a data marketplace context, collaborate with developers to ensure correct implementation, and maintain comprehensive documentation while supporting Agile

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or IT Analyst in software product delivery.
• Hands-on experience with UX design, wireframing, prototyping, and Figma.
• Strong ability to write functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams in close collaboration with developers.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English for documentation and communication with international stakeholders.
