Job summary

HeadHR is seeking an IT Business Analyst to join our team in Poland on a full-time basis. You will participate in consulting or implementation projects for financial institutions, with a focus on insurance.

You will perform independent business analysis, define functional requirements, test solutions, and support UAT, collaborating daily with developers and IT architects. English proficiency is required in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of IT project experience in the financial sector, ideally insurance or bancassurance.
• Familiar with insurance processes and delivering IT solutions in international teams.
• Creative, resourceful and proactive with strong analytical thinking.
• Able to learn quickly in an international environment and collaborate with English speakers.
• Bachelor's degree and full-time availability in Poland and the EU.
• English at C1 level or higher.

Key requirements:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance.
• Familiarity with insurance business processes and experience delivering IT solutions in an international team.
• Creative, resourceful and proactive approach to complex problems, with strong analytical thinking and synthesis skills.
• Ability to learn quick in an international environment and collaborate with English native speakers.
• At least a bachelor's degree and availability to work full-time in Poland and the European Union.
• English at C1 level or higher.

Nice to have:

• Experience in consulting, implementation or an IT company, especially in insurance or bancassurance.
• Leadership and team management skills, with responsibility for team results.
• Good knowledge of German or French.
• Willingness to travel abroad for up to 50% of working time.
