Job summary

HeadHR w Warszawie poszukuje doświadczonego analityka danych, który będzie analizować priorytety zestawów danych, dokumentować procesy pozyskiwania danych i mapować przepływy danych.

Wymagane 5+ lat doświadczenia, dobra znajomość SQL, REST API, Data Warehouse/Data Lake, a także umiejętność dokumentowania procesów i zależności technicznych. Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie profesjonalnym. Praca na miejscu w Warszawie.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, technical analysis or system analysis.
• Strong experience with data structures, data flows, source systems and data dependencies.
• Good knowledge of SQL, relational databases and data platforms such as Data Warehouse, Data Mart or Data Lake.
• Experience with REST APIs, system integrations and API-based data sourcing.
• Good understanding of data ownership, data governance and data lineage.
• Ability to document current-state processes, business rules and technical dependencies.
• Understanding of RPA / robotic automation solutions used for data extraction.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Analyse the structure of prioritised data sets and individual data points.
• Document the current data sourcing process, including source systems, extraction methods and applied business rules.
• Analyse differences in data availability and processing across countries.
• Identify actual owners of data and clarify ownership responsibilities.
• Map existing data flows, dependencies and current-state processes.
• Evaluate future data sourcing options: APIs, data marts, data lakes, RPAs.
• Identify dependencies for each sourcing option.
• Provide input enabling rough cost estimation of proposed solutions.
• Coordinate analysis across multiple business and tech teams.
• Prepare documentation covering data structure, current state, ownership and recommended sources.

Job description

• Analyse the structure of prioritised data sets and individual data points
• Document the current data sourcing process, including source systems, extraction methods and applied business rules
• Analyse differences in data availability and processing across countries
• Identify the actual owners of data and clarify data ownership responsibilities
• Map existing data flows, dependencies and current-state processes
• Evaluate potential future data sourcing options, including:
  • Existing API integrations
  • Extension or development of new APIs
  • Data marts and data lakes
  • Existing or newly developed robotic solutions
• Identify technical and organisational dependencies for each sourcing option
• Provide input enabling high-level cost estimation of proposed solutions
• Coordinate analysis and input across multiple business and technology teams
• Prepare clear documentation covering data structure, current state, ownership and recommended future sourcing options
