Job summary

Diverse CG Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive requirements for our software products. You will gather and document business and functional needs from stakeholders, translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria, and design UX artifacts.

You will collaborate with developers in Agile/Scrum teams, conduct UX reviews, create wireframes and prototypes in Figma, and maintain clear documentation while communicating with international stakeholders in fluent English.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or IT Analyst in software product delivery.
• Hands-on UX design, wireframes, prototyping, and Figma.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum with developers and strong stakeholder management.

Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or IT Analyst in software product delivery
• Hands-on experience with UX design, wireframing, prototyping, and Figma
• Strong ability to write functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams in close collaboration with developers
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills
• Fluent written and spoken English for documentation and communication with international stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Experience in data-related domains such as data platforms, analytics, or data governance
• Experience working on data marketplace, data catalog, or data platform products
• Familiarity with data mesh architecture
• Background combining UX design and IT analysis responsibilities within a single role
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience
