Job summary

HeadHR is seeking a skilled UX/UI designer to lead Discovery activities and shape end-to-end design from concept to implementation. You will work within a mature Design System, crafting complex journeys and high-fidelity prototypes while using data to validate decisions.

Fluent Polish and English (min B2) are required, with hands-on Figma expertise and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams across the EU region.

Qualifications

• Broad, hands-on experience in UX/UI design, particularly in the Discovery phase.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
• Experience delivering solutions across the design lifecycle — from concept to implementation.
• Strong expertise in working with complex, mature Design Systems.
• Ability to create prototypes at different levels of fidelity.
• Problem-solving mindset and a data-driven approach to design decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and business stakeholders.
• Native-level Polish and English at a minimum B2 level.
• Practical experience using AI-powered assistants to improve productivity and decision-making.

• Leading and actively participating in the Discovery phase, including facilitating workshops with stakeholders
• Working across the entire design process — from initial concepts and requirements through to implementation
• Designing complex user journeys with multiple entry points and dependencies across teams and stakeholders
• Creating both quick interactive mockups and complex, high-fidelity prototypes
• Working within a mature, complex Design System and assessing when existing patterns should be used or when custom solutions are required
• Using UX metrics and data to identify problems, validate assumptions, and support design decisions
• Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Analysts, Developers, and other stakeholders
• Proactively identifying improvements and proposing effective solutions
• Presenting and confidently defending design decisions

• Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required

Nice to have:

• Experience in AdTech or e-commerce, particularly designing campaign configuration tools, analytics dashboards, or self-service advertising platforms
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to optimize day-to-day design work
• Experience designing AI-powered interfaces and user experiences
• Experience applying GenAI in a structured way within the SDLC
