Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Experience in presales activities.
• Strong understanding of presales processes and preparation.
• Experience creating expert content, presentations, and reports.
• Ability to structure complex information clearly.
• Ability to articulate value from the customer’s perspective.
• Experience with BPMN and UML.
• English level: upper-intermediate or higher.

Responsibilities

• Developing pre-sale content such as presentations, white papers, and success stories focusing on substance and messaging.
• Conducting thorough market and company-specific research to identify challenges and opportunities relevant to potential clients.
• Translating research outcomes into well-structured, professional documents and presentation materials.
• Occasionally presenting pre-sales materials directly to clients, particularly at the C-level, effectively communicating complex insights and value propositions.

• Developing pre-sale content such as presentations, white papers, and success stories focusing on substance and messaging (visual design handled by a dedicated team).
• Conducting thorough market and company-specific research to identify challenges and opportunities relevant to potential clients.

• Occasionally presenting pre-sales materials directly to clients, particularly at the C-level, effectively communicating complex insights and value propositions.
