Job summary

Coca-Cola Poland Services Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Senior Manager, Brand Management for Poland & Baltics to localize and implement brand strategies, campaigns, toolkits, and innovations. You will drive activation plans, manage cross-functional workflows, and ensure execution excellence across Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical capability, and collaboration with bottlers and agencies, with an English fluency and Polish/Baltic language advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in brand management or consumer marketing.
• Experience localizing centrally developed campaigns for multiple markets.
• Strong brand building and multichannel activation knowledge.
• Proven collaboration with bottlers, commercial teams, agencies.
• Strong analytical and strategic execution capabilities; interpret insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; influence across markets.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; Polish and/or Baltic language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Brand Execution & Local Activation across Poland & Baltics.
• Localize centrally developed brand strategies into market activation plans.
• Lead Innovation Activation for categories; coordinate cross-functional prep.
• Collaborate with local network to ensure plans align with commercial priorities.
• Monitor performance KPIs and conduct post-activation evaluations; share learnings.
• Manage agencies and ensure timely delivery of assets across PL & Baltics.
