Job summary

Coca-Cola Poland seeks a seasoned leader to drive digital commerce and strategic initiatives across our brands in Poland. You will develop marketing strategies, analyze market data, and partner with bottlers to move the business forward.

You will lead cross-functional teams, oversee annual business planning, and translate shopper insights into actionable plans that increase revenue per case and improve profitability for Coca-Cola system business. Warsaw-based, travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, or Business; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years leadership in digital commerce with global CPG experience including branding and grocery.
• Experience with annual business planning, forecasting, customer and distributor management.
• Strong relationship-building and strategic leadership.
• Experience with agile project management and social media initiatives.
• Ability to localize and implement a global consumer goods strategy.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop business opportunities with KPIs to achieve revenue goals; analyze local capabilities to support execution.
• Develop plans to increase volume, adjust package mix, and improve profitability within Coca-Cola system.
• Translate shopper and channel insights into channel strategies and plans; drive growth in revenue per case.
• Lead strategic and annual business planning processes across the system; manage cross-functional teams.
• Support opportunities and risks through market analysis to deliver volume, profit and share targets.
