Job summary

MAHLE GmbH in Wrocław is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage indirect sourcing, supplier relations, and cost optimization within a global automotive context. You will negotiate pricing and contracts, drive regional and global sourcing strategies, and collaborate with international teams to ensure continuity of supply and ongoing value creation for the company.

• Experience in indirect procurement or purchasing.
• Sourcing exposure in Freight, Logistics, or related areas.
• Advanced English; Polish is an advantage.
• University degree in a related field.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities through market analysis.

Your contribution:

• Conduct RFQs for national and regional material groups in line with category strategies
• Manage sourcing activities and supplier relationships for assigned indirect categories
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements with suppliers
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities through market analysis and benchmarking
• Support implementation of regional and global sourcing strategies
• Coordinate supplier performance, capacity constraints, and risk mitigation activities
• Manage purchase orders and ensure continuity of supply
• Drive supplier development, innovation initiatives, and process improvements
• Maintain purchasing master data and support change management activities

Your Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in indirect procurement or purchasing
• Proven sourcing experience in at least one of the following areas: Freight & Logistics, Material Handling Equipment, Consulting Services, Machine Spare Parts, or Packaging
• Advanced English language skills (Polish is an advantage)
• SAP knowledge, Ariba would be an additional advantage
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and new solutions
• Willingness to travel
