Job summary

MAHLE is seeking a procurement professional to strengthen regional indirect purchasing in Poland, with responsibilities spanning supplier management, PO execution, and cost optimization. The role involves collaboration with colleagues across Poland, Czech Republic, and Germany.

The ideal candidate has a university degree, strong negotiation skills, and experience with SAP/Ariba. A flexible work arrangement and relocation support are available for suitable candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in indirect procurement or purchasing.
• Advanced English language skills; German would be a plus.
• SAP knowledge; Ariba would be an advantage.
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to collaborate in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct RFQs for regional material groups in line with category strategies.
• Manage sourcing activities and supplier relationships for Poland, Czech and Germany.
• Manage purchase orders and ensure continuity of supply.
• Support pricing discussions and commercial arrangements with suppliers.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through market analysis and benchmarking.
• Support implementation of regional sourcing strategies.
• Coordinate supplier performance, capacity constraints, and risk mitigation activities.
• Drive supplier development, innovation initiatives, and process improvements.
• Maintain purchasing master data and support change management activities.

Your Contribution

• Conduct RFQs for regional material groups in line with category strategies
• Manage sourcing activities and supplier relationships for assigned indirect categories – mainly for Poland, Czech and Germany
• Manage purchase orders and ensure continuity of supply
• Support pricing discussions and commercial arrangements with suppliers

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Experience in indirect procurement or purchasing
• Advanced English language skills, German would be a plus
• SAP knowledge, Ariba would be an additional advantage
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment
