Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, or related field with 10+ years’ experience.
• Strong Python and Linux programming skills.
• Experience with bioinformatics workflows, Git, AWS, and Docker.
• Knowledge of GxP environments and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor bioinformatics pipelines and software to identify deviations and drive corrective actions.
• Design and enhance automated testing to support continuous operation.
• Maintain and troubleshoot scientific software platforms for reliability.
• Support validation activities with qualification scripts and protocols.
• Collaborate with bioinformatics and software teams to resolve defects.
• Provide on-call support and document troubleshooting procedures.
