Job summary

Moderna, expanding its international business services hub in Warsaw, seeks a Senior Platform/Software Engineer to shape modern platform capabilities and accelerate software delivery. You will write production-grade code in TS/JS and Python, build tooling, and partner with builders to drive adoption and productivity across teams.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science with 5+ years of experience.
• Strong programming skills in TypeScript/JavaScript or Python.
• Hands-on experience in AWS.
• Experience creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for production systems.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g. Terraform).
• Proficiency in English (verbal and/or written).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain developer tooling, including AI agents, generators, libraries, templates, CLIs, and services to improve developer efficiency.
• Design, build, and improve CI/CD pipelines for fast, secure software delivery at scale.
• Develop and manage AWS cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Implement and operate shared builder services to enhance platform DevOps experience.
• Enable AI-assisted development by integrating tooling and embedding AI into workflows.
• Collaborate with application engineers to deliver scalable platform solutions that boost productivity.
