Qualifikationen

• Strong backend development experience in Go or Java/Spring Boot.
• Proven experience with enterprise-grade, scalable systems.
• Solid background in distributed, highly concurrent architectures.
• Experience with containerised apps and cloud-native environments.
• Proficient in REST/HTTP services and database usage (PostgreSQL/Redis).
• Strong testing capabilities across unit/integration/smoke tests.

Aufgaben

• Design and build highly concurrent, distributed backend services with high availability.
• Own architectural decisions and drive technical direction across teams.
• Lead performance optimization and diagnose complex system issues.
• Develop and test new features with a focus on quality and reliability.
• Support release processes and document features for production.
• Define coding standards and development processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide on-call support as needed.
