Barry Callebaut Manufacturing Iberica SA is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to manage the full order cycle for a Benelux-focused, B2B customer portfolio from setup to delivery.

You will work closely with Sales and Supply Chain to meet customer expectations, handling inquiries, pricing validation, and contract updates while delivering high service levels in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer service, ideally in B2B or manufacturing.
• Strong SAP experience (5+ years preferred).
• Salesforce knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for your customer portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Handle customer queries with ownership and professionalism.
• Accurately process high volumes of orders in SAP.
• Coordinate product availability and delivery timelines.
• Validate pricing and support contract updates.
• Resolve complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Optimize logistics for efficient and cost-effective deliveries.
• Take full ownership of customer service quality.
