Job summary

Barry Callebaut Group is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to be the main link between our customers and our teams, managing the full order cycle from setup to delivery. You will coordinate with Sales and Supply Chain to meet expectations in a fast-paced B2B environment.

The role requires fluent English and Dutch, 5+ years of customer service experience, and SAP expertise. We offer a regular position with a bonus, private medical care, and a hybrid work model with office presence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer service, ideally in B2B or manufacturing.
• Fluent English and Dutch.
• Strong SAP experience; Salesforce knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for your customer portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Handle customer queries with ownership and professionalism.
• Accurately process high volumes of orders in SAP.
• Coordinate product availability and delivery timelines.
• Validate pricing and support contract updates.
• Resolve complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Optimize logistics for efficient and cost-effective deliveries.
• Take full ownership of customer service quality.
