Job summary

Barry Callebaut Group is seeking a Sales Data & Digital Specialist to support the Benelux sales team by maintaining master data, supporting ERP systems, and enabling digital operations.

The role emphasizes data integrity, cross-functional collaboration, and enabling commercial teams through data-driven digital tools. The position is temporary for 2 years and offers a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• MBO background level or equivalent through experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Infor, SAP, Business Central) and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with shared drives, cloud structures, and data mapping.
• Strong digital affinity with master data management processes.
• Proactive can-do attitude with focus on process improvements.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and supplier relations.
• Comfortable managing ambiguity, prioritizing under pressure, and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Input and manage master data across Benelux ecosystem ordering portals and digital marketing platforms.
• Act as Key User for Hoogenboom ERP system and the new digital gourmet platform, ensuring data integrity.
• Provide day-to-day operational support for data inquiries and resolve Salesforce master data cases.
• Maintain data accuracy on platforms like Specsplaza, GS1, and Callebaut.com for smooth operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders including suppliers.
• Support ad-hoc projects and evolving digital requirements.
